Intro Barbell Clinic

This is our bread and butter: a 2-hour private session where you learn the squat, press, deadlift, and bench press, time permitting, and get a feel for how training works at Chicago Strength & Conditioning.

5-Hour Private Onboarding

This option is for people who already know they want more repetition, more coaching time, and a more gradual transition into regular training.

  • Five 1-hour private sessions
  • Progressive introduction to the lifts over roughly two weeks
  • More reps and more reinforcement before joining Barbell Club
  • A smoother, slower on-ramp into regular training

Typical Progression

  • Day 1: Learn squat and press
  • Day 2: Do squat, learn bench press and deadlift
  • Day 3: Do squat, press, and deadlift
