Barbell Club

Barbell Club is our primary membership option: coached training sessions, individualized programming, and a serious but welcoming environment for adults who want to make steady progress.

How You Join

Most new members start with the Intro Barbell Clinic. If you already know you want more time up front, the 5-hour private onboarding package is also a solid option.

Experienced Starting Strength lifters or transfers from another Starting Strength Gym may be able to test out of the normal onboarding process after an evaluation.

What Membership Includes

Barbell Club is where most ongoing training happens at Chicago Strength & Conditioning. You train in coached sessions, follow a personalized program, and build strength in a community of adults who are there to work.

Membership Options

Memberships are based on training frequency so you can choose the option that fits your schedule, recovery, and goals.

$250/month

Best for very limited schedules, lifters balancing other commitments, or people doing some additional training on their own.

2x / Week

$320/month

A solid option for people who want regular coaching and steady progress with a manageable weekly commitment.

3x / Week

$390/month

The standard option for lifters who want to train consistently and make the best progress on the program.

4x / Week

$450/month

A good fit for more advanced trainees, unusual schedules, or people who need additional flexibility in how they get their training done.
